Our Culinary Quest
A couple of native Idahoans with a passion for Food and Confections. Myself a chef of 15+ years and my wife a Confection connoisseur created The Candy Bar with one goal in mind, giving the Treasure Valley a new and innovative take on some of the most popular cuisines in the valley. Our menu features Mexican/Asian fusion. Our take on the concept brings together the bold, vibrant flavors of Mexican cuisine with the delicate, savory profiles of Asian cooking.
